All shipments of orders are made with certified mail. When we have prepared your order, we will send you an email with a tracking number so you can know at any time the progress of your shipment and locate it.
Shipments are made with the company Correos, the main Spanish postal and parcel service operator. On its website, and with the tracking number we will send you, you can locate your order shipment at any time.
At CLORIS we take customer service very seriously, so we are very strict in complying with the dates of production and shipment of products.
However, once the order has been sent, several situations may occur that cause a delay in delivery or the impossibility of delivering it:
- Absence at the delivery address.
- That an incorrect address has been indicated.
- Restricted access to the delivery area.
- Lack of time for delivery.
- Causes of force majeure.
- Local parties.
In these situations, the responsibility would be of the client and / or Correos, although from CLORIS we will always try to intermediate to be able to solve each specific case. If by any of the above points your package is returned by the Post Office, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Below, we show you our shipping rates for different areas of the world. Our policy is free shipping for countries within the European Union but for the rest of the countries we apply a reduced rate depending on the total weight of the package to be sent.

In general, the delivery times for the different areas seen above are as follows:
- Europe (EU): 3 to 5 business days.
- Europe (not EU): from 5 to 7 working days.
- America: 10 to 15 working days.
- Asia and Oceania: from 10 to 15 working days.
- Africa: 10 to 15 working days.
For hygiene reasons, CLORIS does not accept returns, but we will attend to all cases in a personalized way and try to resolve any incident related to your order :).
